Mira fertility tracker with male infirtility !?

Has anyone tried using the Mira fertility and hormone tracker with make factor infertility ? Would this be worth spending the money? My husbands spent count has gotten better since his vasectomy reversal but we are going on three years with not so much as even a faint positive just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation and tried a hormone tracker.
