Which milk?
I know calcium is vital during pregnancy, I'm a milk lover anyway but I'm not sure which one I'm supposed to have or if it makes a difference. Because babies under one need full fat milk then they can have Semi Skimmed etc, does this still matter during pregnancy? I prefer the taste of semi skimmed to full fat, does anyone know if full fat helps with bone growth/strengthening etc :) thank you! I'm 17weeks 4days too
