12dpo cervix position

Y’all I’m 12DPO I took a test this morning and I’m due to start my period day after tomorrow. However when I checked my cervical position before I went to the bathroom it was so high I could barely reach it but after pee it moves low enough for me to touch it, but is still kinda high. Also my test was negative! Any insight on this? I feel like I’m out this month!
