Help! Discomfort reaccurant bv, suppositories

So I’ve had Bv come and go for a few years now, I should also note that I get yeast infections VERY easily. Well I’m pretty sure I have bv or a yeast infection again and the discomfort is so overwhelming so I’m asking for advice on here! I can’t use monistat because it burns too bad but I’ve honestly been considering it just because of how uncomfortable I am. I’ve been waiting for an appointment with my obgyn since July but I won’t be seen until September. Does anyone have any recommendations for over the counter anti-fungals? Or anything that isn’t super painful? My obgyn recommended I try these suppositories called vagibiome and I have some but I’m afraid of using them because of all of the bad experiences I’ve had in the past.
