Is my LH too low for ovulation?

What number on an LH test is “normal” for a peak? The highest I’ve ever had is 0.64, I see a lot of other people break in the 1 place, like 1.4 or something. Is mine abnormal? 
It seems like most ones I see people post are way higher than mine. Obviously I won’t know for sure if ovulation happened till I check it with bbt, but as far as timing sex im worried I might miss something important. Because if I do peak it happens so fast I’ve never caught it on a test. 😣 and what I never actually peaked? What does it mean?

Mine always looks similar to this! Once I caught a 1.0 but other than that it’s been 0.68 the highest… my doc said not to worry, that things can affect your result like how hydrated you are or if you’ve only tested once that day. She said to me to stop testing and try not to stress as that’ll do more harm than good at trying to find my LH peak
