Can eating pineapple really induce a miscarriage?

Hey wonderful ladies! I've been craving pineapple during my pregnancy but someone told me that it can induce a miscarriage. Has anyone else heard this myth? Let's share our thoughts and experiences to find out if it's just a myth or if there's any truth to it!

No I’ve ate pineapples throughout both of my recent pregnancies and i have an almost 9 month old and am 14 weeks pregnant.

I’m eating pineapple on a regular basis and plenty of women who are Pacific Islanders do as well. There is truth that pineapples can induce labor. It’s because of the enzyme that they have in them. However, it’s mostly in the core of the pineapple and you would have to eat a lot of fresh pineapple in order for that to happen. ￼ I’m talking like two or three for pineapples lol.
