Contractions since 1:30ish. Didn’t start tracking till 2:29 they’ve been coming 2-4 mins apart. Called my midwife and she asked me to relax, take a hot bath, and if they get worse come in. It’s 9pm and they’re still 2-5mins apart and more painful than earlier. Also went to the bathroom a couple hours ago and wiped this gooey brown thing came out (assuming that’s my mucus plug or at least some of it)

I was definitely not prepared for this but wish me luck
