non stop bleeding 🤦🏾‍♀️

i havent had my cycle since march 21 2023

i have always had irregular period and was diagnosed with ammenorhea(absence of menstruation) at the age of 18.

this june i got diagnosed with pcos after a vaginal ultrasound.

august 1 i started spotting lightly then last week august 10 i started having blood clots and actually having to use a pad. the blood clots got as big as a quarter.

it had lasted for 2 weeks and 4 days now today

august 18 it started to lightened up and i have been sitting for 4 hrs and not much blood but only a little when i wipe

so weird has anyone experienced this with pcos????
