Hey mamas! It's my first pregnancy and I'm 5 weeks and 4 days along, I guess I'm just looking for more info and help! Anything that helped or you couldn't of survived without during your first pregnancy?

I bought loads of pregnancy books. Seemed to trust them more than the Internet. Gave me something to look forward to doing every day too and kept my mind at ease.

I would have to say walking, running, jogging everyday helped me because it got my body ready for labor and it also helped with all the aches and pains that usually comes with pregnancy I had bare minimum cuz I was always moving!!!!

If you have morning sickness, pregger drops helped me a ton my first pregnancy! You can get them on Amazon.

A body pillow! As your belly grows, finding comfortable sleeping positions becomes difficult. I had a full length body pillow and I'd put the top part under by big belly and the bottom part between my legs. Life saver! Also, peppermint helps nausea! This is baby #2 and I have a small peppermint candy cane each morning lol.
