I lost custody of my 2 kids about 8 years ago to my ex boyfriend.... When I lost custody of my kids I kind of understood why because when my ex left I went into a big depression & had very bad anxiety so they got placed into his care with his new girlfriend..... We went through court ect.. giving him full custody of our 2 kids.... Fast forward a couple years my little girl is 11 and she has spent this whole summer with me every single day she keeps asking to live with me & go to a new school where I live(I live 25 mins from my ex) but he keeps making up any excuse he can for her not to be with me. She wants to live me so badly & start in a new school where I live but because he has custody he uses that to advantage... I'm not this type of person but 1000% I will fight for my little girl to come live with me.... The only reason why my oldest son won't live with me is because he is to close with his step brother....

Am I wrong for taking my ex back to court to fight for my daughter??

She is a huge mommy's girls & wants to be with me .....

I just want my little girl with me 😭😭
