ACNE?

Please help Im worried. Is this normal? I got my baby redness / acne last Aug 6 and turns out like this now. First time it came I went to Pedia they say its normal and when I came back they give me cream to put nystatin any advice?

its rough and dry now! when im washing my baby face of water I can feel it 😭

My daughter had that when she was smaller and her doctor said acne for awhile but then started thinking it was eczema. It spread and got worse when she ate strawberries. He ended up giving us hydrocortisone cream 1% and also told us to use Vaseline because eczema creams don’t work for her.  The hydrocortisone cream worked.

Take baby back to pediatrician Monday. But in the mean time use a little coconut oil on the rashes to keep it moisturized.
