Reducing stress

I don't have any real new year resolutions but this year I will try to work on reducing my stress. So do anyone have any good ways to reduce stress I can try?
Everywhere I read about how stress really reduces your chances of getting pregnant and at the same time trying to get pregnant is so stressful. Stress reduces progesterone and progesterone is really necessary for pregnancy
This is what I do just now:
I have started to do some guided meditations that I find helps. There are so many, am still trying to find a couple more so I can rotate. 
Have any of you tried doing foot reflexology on your own feet? I think it feels really nice and strangely beneficial. I massage the spots for uterus and ovaries and find that they feels different depending on where I am in my cycle, it is kind of strange. 
Started writing the same affirmation 15 times every day about loving being a mother to our baby after our miscarriage and that is the one thing that I really don't want to stop doing. It gives me a couple of minutes feeling hopeful every day. 
These things might not help me getting pregnant but they make me feel more in control and that makes me feel better about this journey.

That's awesome! Meditation is always good. I also have a few of those adult coloring books and read a lot of books with drama or scandal. Lol I have to buy a new book every few days, but it keeps me distracted, especially during the 2WW. Good luck!

try just mandala coloring pages they really help with calm and focus

I downloaded this free app called "calm". I love it. Guided meditation etc. Hubby even does it with me☯

Calm is good, have you tried the app Headspace?
