13 days late!!

Hi mamas so I recently took a pregnancy test at 7 days late and it came back a faint positive. Well, I’m now 13 days late and tested again and it came back negative. Why? I have no signs or symptoms that my period is starting at all! What do you think it could be or do you think there’s a possibility that I could be pregnant and it’s just not showing up bc my HCG is low? (Here is the test I took at 7 days late!)
