9 month old
Is it normal for 9 1/2 month old not to get up from lying on her back she just kinda lays there and sometimes she’ll roll over but can’t get up in trying to teach her?. She is only army crawling and only getting up on all 4s for a little bit then dropping. Also not pulling herself up from her bed either only on smaller surfaces.
