Walking/ falls

My 11 month old has started walking (since 10 1/2 months) and shes hit the phase of trying to run and cant keep up with herself, so she falls alot- which means she also hits her head frequently- can anyone tell me warning signs to watch for, when to call the doctor, and like idk advice 😂😭 she does really well she just has been smacking her head off of things lately (obviously not hard hard or we would take her to be seen) shes my first baby and im stressing
