Implation or ovulation bleeding

Hi ,

Am 29 yrs old. Married & i am trying for baby, I have 29-35 days cycle my periods came for 3 days & stopped this month. But yesterday was my 16 th day of the cycle, suddenly got cramps, stomach ache & i got bleeding i uploaded the photo in this post. I was excersicing yesterday suddenly after some squats i got cramps & bleeding started like blood clots. What could be the reason am confused am i ovulating or is it implantation bleeding. I haven’t had bleeding like this in my life this is the first time i had this.
