So i suffer from mild anxiety and one of the main side effects is that i grind my teeth in my sleep- i dont even notice it or realize im doing it, but at the moment my man is in japan and im missing him like crazy and have been so emotional and nervous about him being away that im waking up with a really sore jaw.. Any pointers on how i can maybe relax? Also i cant even wear a mouth guard to protect my teeth cuz i have a permanent retainer on them.
