Recently had HSG test, one blocked tube- TTC

Just looking for some suggestions, hope, recommendations.

Had a healthy pregnancy in 2021 but since had two miscarriages. Went today for a hysterosalpingogram (X-ray dye test that allows your provider to see your uterus and fallopian tubes.) and unfortunately one of my tubes is completely blocked while the other is slightly but not blocked. I was told today that we could still potentially get pregnant naturally but it could take some time (I am 38) so definitely anxiety provoking. IVF would be only other option due to blockages. Looking for any hope, suggestions, or if anyone has gone through this? Hearing this today was a little heart wrenching. Thank you in advance!
