Is it inappropriate talk about acne/skin care issues with coworker?

It’s inappropriate if it’s their issues. You wouldn’t want to bring up someone else’s skin issues. If they want your advice, they’ll ask for it. If it’s your own issues, like you want advice from a con worker, I don’t see why not. This is just being polite, regardless of whether they are your co worker or not

Idk.. I feel uncomfortable about my acne in general . It can be really bad and lumpy. I've had some colleagues address my acne, and the way they addressed it, made me less uncomfortable. It felt like.. you know.. people will notice, and they're still accepting me and are respectful to me. So.. it kinda depends on the relationship you have and how respectful it's brought up.

Idk if you’re cool and ask them if you can give them advice on something that may work for them I don’t see the issue! You can let them know you’re not trying to hurt them in any way & let them know you may have something that may help.. it depends on how you start the conversation and how close you are.

Depends. If it’s another co worker that has skin issues then no. I have acne spots and it’s irritates the shit out of me when people point it out….like we don’t know already. People need to mind their own business. If it’s your issue then ok.
