Possible twins?

Can someone explain why fetus is plural when the ultrasound lady told me I have a Singleton?😂

It’s most likely because they don’t/can’t change “fetus” to “fetuses” when there’s multiples so the have the number listed instead. 1+ fetuses=1 baby, 2+ fetuses=twins, and so on.

One uterus and ovaries + a fetus is basically what this means. Your reproductive system and your baby are being checked on with your ultrasound.  So just one baby.

Idk, but i will say, all of my ultrasounds this time around (22+3) have been labeled as multiples or twin ultrasounds. I swore i saw a second sac on the first one at 6 weeks. But no one has mentioned 2 babies to me. Even though they are worded as twin ultrasounds. This is baby #5 and ive never had this before 😂 im certain at this point it is just 1, but man did it make me excited at first lol
