Is it ok to feel this way?

I was 27 weeks pregnant when i lost my son in march. My stepdaughter is currently due anyday with her son. I feel like i wasn't good enough to keep mine. But her being only 17 with no job or anything, gets to keep hers. It just upsets me so much. Just ranting more than anything.

I am sorry for your loss. I remember when I had my miscarriages I would get so upset when I found out someone else was pregnant. I would how come others get to keep their baby but not me. I was so full of anger and resentment. I think it is absolutely normal to feel that way as you grieve the loss of your baby. It is normal to feel anger and resentment. You will soon realize what your triggers are and can avoid then as much as you can. It will take alot of time for you not to feel that way though and thats okay.
