Schedule transition with daycare?!

My LO is almost 10wks, and sadly getting close to taking her to daycare. Anyone use the moms on call schedule and transition into daycare? Nervous about how to transition!

i’m a little confused here. is the baby an on demand baby or is your job an on call job? if the baby is a on demand baby, the daycare should just be able to do that. I know my daycare does. you just need to pack extra bottles just to be safe. if your job is an on call job, the daycare might just have you pay for a spot every day of the week because your schedule isn’t consistent. i’m just going off of what most daycares are like in my area and i work at a daycare as well so i hope some of this helps a bit.
