Embryonic demise

My little bean measures 8 weeks with a heartbeat but ddn't make it since we discovered it in 11 weeks.It's been a year now since I miscarried. I can say that it's the most unforgetable pain in my life. My dr told me to let it pass naturally. It was a 3weeks waiting game. But things ddn't went well. My ultrasound shows placental traces that they need to remove so they did D & C. Given my history I already have endometriosis and a cyst in my right ovary prior to my prev pregnancy. And my serious problem now after I miscarried and d&c performed, my dr told me I developed adenomyosis. 😭 I dont know what to do, Im losing faith 🥺

Is anyone here with endometriosis and adenomyosis got pregnant naturally? Btw I'm 34.
