Wait and test or assume defeat?

Hi ladies! Today I took three pregnancy test strips and all came out looking like this one. Today should’ve been my last day for my period but I didn’t get it and I spotted last week. I thought it might be implantation bleeding and excitedly took a test today and nothing came up, not even a faint line. Do I wait a couple more days to test or should I just assume this is negative and I just missed a period? They do expire in December but I don’t think that changes anything right?
