Tips for sleep associations?
Im not really sure I believe in them since nothing helped my first baby (putting them down drowsy but awake). My daughter is 4 months old. Our current routine is to put her down around 7pm. She will drink a couple of ounces, take a binky. Without fail she is up within the hour because she wants to drink more. Ive tried just giving her a binky but the girl wont go back to sleep. Do we need to make sure she is up for a certain time before 7? As well as not eating/snacking so she wants a full feeding? Im not upset at her bed time taking awhile, i just want to set her up as well as i can. She is waking every 2 to 4 hours at night.
