IUD PROBLEMS. Advice needed.

Ok I’m going to cut this short. I never had bleeding on my kyleena iud up until about 3 months ago where the bleeding lasted pretty much a month. Went away just got my period again and it was 8 days long but it’s light compared to how it was before birthcontrol. I went to the gyno and they said my uterus is inflamed and my strings are all the way in my uterus. I had pain with sex for a while and now I’m hungry and emotional all the time wtf is going on
