female vs male sperm / conception date?

Hey ladies!
I was wondering if you believe in the female sperm vs male sperm theory... that if you BD the same day as ovulation, you have more chances of having a boy vs if you BD a few days before ovulation, it should be a girl.
I BD on Nov 22 and 27 and ovulation on the 27th. What do you think?

Interesteing... I've always heard that if you BD on the day of ovulation that it increases your chances of having a girl and earlier BD-ING increases chances for a boy.  Lol these theories are crazy!! :)

I read that as well! Here's hoping there is some truth to it .. The female sperm living longer swimming further and all that... Our dates are totally aligned so will be interesting to see what happens! :o

Boy sperm swim faster, but die sooner. Girl sperm swim slower but can live up to like 5 days I think. My first was conceived the day I ovulated, he's a boy. I think based on your dates it could be either just bc of how long the girl sperm lives

If we're assuming that theory holds true, you have an equal chance of either sex. You don't know if the sperm that fertilised the egg was from the earlier date or the ovulation date
