any one who have done ivf successfully ?

unfortunately I have lost both fallopian tubes due to an ectopic pregnancy and I can only get pregnant with IVF..I am broken psychologically, I feel that I am useless and that I have failed as a woman and as a mother 😭 I am 27 years old and my husband and I are thinking about the IVF procedure but I am very afraid of how it will go,if anyone has gone through it please tell me how it went and if you got pregnant on the first try,

how long does the whole process take 😭 god bless you all
