Bumps on my 18 month old daughters face. A

About 3 weeks ago my 18 month old started getting bumps on her forehead and around her eyebrows. She been getting more as seen on picture below. They don’t seem to itch or bother her but I’m wondering anyone have their kids get this before? Can it that her hair fall in those places and she sweats a lot and it clogs her skin? She’s gotten heat rashes on her body before but they go away almost after 1 day or 2. I’ll take her to the doc If it keeps getting worse or doesn’t go away.
