PCOS struggles
Hey! I got diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago but this past year and a half I’ve been having constant mild stomach and back pains every day but every once in a while it is super intense. Does anyone else struggle with this and have random mood swings and get emotional over anything randomly. If so do you have any tips on what to do please?
