I am so sorry you're going thru this, I am also rh-, I'm 27 and had 5 misscarrieges in my lifetime. After the 3rd one I gave up and that's when I had my first rainbow baby, he's turning 4 in January. After that I had 2 more but soon I had my other rainbow baby, she's 14 months old. And now I'm pregnant with my 3rd. 
Here's what the doctor explained to me: the dad is rh+ so if the baby is daddy's blood type my body refuses it because it sees the baby as something foreign that doesn't belong. It didn't make much sense to me at first but now it does. Both of my born babies are my blood type which my body was completely fine with. 
As soon as you find out you're pregnant next time, go to the doctor and tell them you're rh- so they can give you a shot. It's Rhogam (a blood thinner) it's supposed to help.
I wish you the best of luck, my experience has taken a toll on my body, I wish and hope this is your first and last. RIP to your little angel

I miscarried two days ago at 5w4d. There wasn't a whole lot of blood, but a few good sized fleshy blood clots. I wasn't even far enough along for a pregnancy test to be positive at 5w1d.
