Nail polish gone wrong
I painted my nails on new year's <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>...well today I noticed that the paint will smear if you wipe it...
I've never had that happen lol. My nails were clean and dry before they were painted, I shook the bottle, and they obviously have had plenty of time to dry. Any insight???
