Bright red blood this morning when I went to pee. Reminded me of a period. No cramping yet. Just hit my 8 week mark ☹️

I’m so sorry, that’s so upsetting. Definitely get seen though! I’ve had a miscarriage and a bleed with a sub chorionic hematoma. That second one was at 10 weeks and I’m still pregnant at 15 weeks so I hope this is what you have too. My miscarriage came with terrible cramping. It’s still a lot of stress and worry though. All the best.

Sorry it may well be a miscarriage but it also could be something else if you can call your dr and let them know your bleeding
