There is Hope with Azoospermia

Rebekah

My husband and I have bee TTC for 7 years. We both went through tests etc and my huband was diagnosed with non obstructive azoospermia. We decided IVF and fertility was not for us. In December 2023 my husband began taking ashwaghanda alternate with ashwaghana KM66. We had our very first pregnancy in Feb this year. I did unfortunately miscarry. We decided to get his tests redone and recieved the same results. Therefore we decided that getting pregnant was once in a lifetime. We carried on making plans to travel and have a different future. Until now. I was a week late so on saturday 2nd sept 2023 I took a test and it looked positive but was faint. I took more on sunday which were all negative. However today got a solid positive!! Keep going gals!! Here are pictures of my 3 positive tests!
