My little sister ...
So I found out my 12 year old sister just got her period !!! I don't know how to help her she is a gymnast and she said she doesn't want to go incase ya know leaks or somethings I suggested tampons but I don't want to explain how to use them so I gave her pads , what do I do next ? :(
