Cramps no bleeding.

Long story short...this is our 4th pegnancy, the first 3 were miscarriages. All which started with brown spotting progressing to red before period like cramps then into really painful ones. Hcg levels on Monday said 678, I have felt small pin prick like pain in my front lower abdomin, almost like ovulation pain but in the front the past couple days but no spotting what so ever. Trying very hard to leave it up to The Lord and trust in His perfect timing and Wisdom but looking for some peace of mi that this feeling is normal in successful pregnancies?
