help?

hi everyone. i had sex 2 days ago with my man. an hour after we had sex, i noticed i was a little sore down there.

throughout yesterday and today i have noticed i still am sore down there and outside of there, occasionally am somewhat itchy, and noticed a small cut underneath my vagina. my discharge looks like it could be yeast but i still am freaking out.

i made a doctors appointment for friday morning but i’m still scared. could this be more than a yeast infection??
