Possible Twin pregnancy @ 6 weeks 0 days?!

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and I left feeling confused. It was transvaginal and she told me to sit tight because she thinks there are 2 babies and asked if twins ran in my family. I’m right at 6 weeks and she couldn’t tell me for certain whether or not they were twins or a hematoma. I’m kind of confused because after Googling it said if it was indeed a hematoma that I should be on pelvic rest but she didn’t mention anything about it. I haven’t experienced any bleeding yet.

I guess I’m just looking for experiences or if any of you twin mommas had a similar ultrasound at 6 weeks pregnant. I have another ultrasound next Monday. Thank y’all in advance :)
