Implantation? PCOS

Question

So I am 14 days late for my period. I have PCOS so my periods are always irregular, but I had this bleeding like 7 days before my missed period. Was it implantation bleeding?  I have a weird feeling in my stomach, but my test keep coming back negative…. 😪 
Anyone been similar ??

No if your test is negative it isn’t implantation bleeding also it wouldn’t have a clot in it. Implantation bleeding is also rare and extremely hyped up on here.

That’s not implantation bleeding or your test would be positive and Since you had mid cycle spotting your period will be late
