Hcg at 10th week

I had bleeding one day when i was 9weeks 4 days pregnant and almost dropped to spotting and nothing with in 3 days. My hcg on 9 th week 6th day on 146000 and it dropped to 130000 on 10th week. Is it considered a normal drop?
