My ear

Miss paranoid here, I know. I posted I think last night about my ear. I got them pierced New Year's eve and this ear as been a little red and sore. Well tonight I was showering it got caught in my hair and fell out. I quickly got out and put it back in cause I know they grow up quick. Now it's really sore. Did I irritate it? Or should I take it out and get it redone in a few days?
