Chemical pregnancy?

You guys so I don’t know what to think. Little TMI. My period started 8/8 and after what I thought was maybe 9dpo I used FRER and tested negative. Then day of expected period used $1 test and was negative. I was experiencing so many symptoms last couple weeks. Two days late on period used 6 days sooner test and vvfl. Went to doctors day after and still faint line. Today I just got some spotting and mild cramping. I’ve had 2 healthy pregnancies in the past and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. Took a $1 test today after the spotting and vvvfl still there. I won’t see the doctor til next Wednesday. Has anyone had this and still went on the have healthy pregnancy? Please help 😔😢 advice 🙏

UPDATE: later on in the day I started bleeding heavier and had to put a pad. Seen a lot of clots and bright red 😒
