Spotting during pregnancy week 7

So I started cramping yesterday and had very light pink spotting but this morning I woke up with really bad cramps as if I’m on my period and spotting more than yesterday and now being a bright red color. Anyone else experience this before? I am a mother of three last year I had my first miscarriage where I didn’t stop spotting for two months until doctor finally ruled out a miscarriage since no fetus was found with ultrasound.
