Confused about pregnancy tests.

Hi there, I have a friend who has pcos and she recently found out she was pregnant, she has gotten a few positive tests at home and had another confirmed at a planned parenthood office, she's now spotting and has mild discomfort at times but no consistent pains.

She has amount of 2 but color of 6, I'm not sure if this is a early miscarriage or not, I didn't have anything like this with my two boys and I also don't have pcos so I don't really know how to help her!

Someone please help us out on what's going on she's waiting for Drs office to open so she can make an appointment!
