Giving my 11 month old solid food

I’ve tried everything! I started giving my LO baby foods since she was 4 months (doctor said it was okay) but now it’s time for her to eat some solid foods and my baby girl down right refuses. The only solid food I can get her to eat without having to fight her is cheese curls (thank her cousins🙄). All she wants is the puréed food or her formula bottle. She refuses to eat meat (spits it out every time no matter what form it’s in) I need help! I feel like I’m failing this 😭😭 has anyone else gone through this?
