6weeks pregnant

Need some advice not sure if I should run to the ER all day today I have had some lower abdominal cramping and lower back pain and the worst pain are my hips I didn't think much of it until I went pee before bed a few minutes ago and there was blood I wiped twice to make sure if i would keep bleeding no clogs just very light red some discharge but i wouldn't call it spotting this is my 7 pregnancy and I have never experienced this before it is worrying me quit a bit so not sure if I should run to ER or just wait to see my doctor first appointment in three days please any advise
