Ease an anxious mind…

Hubby & I are trying for baby #3 & the last few days I have had nonstop cramping..very mild & usually only on the left side but noticeable. I also have been needing to pee a lot more than usual at night & can’t hold it much in the morning. My biggest thing is tonight, I was getting ready to shower & I felt like my boob was wet, I looked down & I had yellowish milk coming out of my boob…(I breastfed both my kids) but I haven’t fed my son in at least 5-6 months…am I crazy? Are these pregnancy symptoms? Am I gonna end up with a positive test??? Ease my mind & tell me you other ladies got positive results with symptoms like me!?
