I’m new and need help lol

So I’m bradi I’m 19 years old and my and my fiancé have decided the next step in our relationship will be to have a baby, and I know I’m young but I had dead beat parents I raised myself And my siblings and all I want is a baby of my own so we can start our family, any tips or advice I’m not sure of the next step, I stopped taking birth control about 3 weeks ago, and I’ve been on it for over a year! Advice or friends or anything really helps lol
