Best way to lose belly fat?
I know I only had a baby a few months ago (second child) and you don’t “bounce back” but my anxiety and insecurities are getting the best of me lately. I have a postpartum wrap that I’ll be wearing soon, but what else could I do to tone my belly up more and not do “flabby and stretchy” what techniques is best, and what oils and such is best?
