Antibiotics

I recently had to go on antibiotics for a sinus infection, and was warned it would be hard on my stomach and cause diharriah. Well it's true and kind of gross, but can diharriah like that irritate the area around the bum-hole? It's quite painful when I use the bathroom for #2 and just feels like how a rug burn would feel on your elbow.. Odd, but sorry for the graphic!!!🙈 just wondering if it's normal!
